while dealing principally with adults
with minute structures
of antennae legs wings and bristles
varying by individual
like distinguishing features
between families as small crawly things
that can’t be ignored by authors
worth considering “Never More”
it’s all according to a much larger
audience applause of fluttering
butterflies and moths outnumbered 100 to 1
succumbing to worlds of wonder
when coming under field  study
as beneficial and non-destructive
in leaf litter or debris under
rocks or other objects under bark
or in dead logs as different parts
in nets or in jars boxes or bottles
but with as little damage as possible
grasped firmly by the body
kept alive deposited in a safe vial
or other holding device
as safe harbors compelled to watch
an uncoiling proboscis
along with two guards of state ideology
via veritable bazaars
forced into collection farms
then banished to the gulag...
